Converting commercial properties to residential is a great way to provide more housing from unused commercial property.

Commercial property is where the borrower has obtained planning to convert the use of the existing building to a permitted use as set out under our residential property case studies page. This does not include properties where planning consent is in place to demolish the existing property and rebuild/newly construct eligible property types.
